Mojo's Acclaimed Drama Character Acquirement Performers were pulled together not long after Aiden Blaire had been rescued from Mojoworld. Mojo III: The Return of the Programmer saw how the ratings for Aiden's movies went and wanted him back more permanently in the fold. Rather than wait the time to grow new people for the task specifically, the impatient despot had Spiral collect slaves from movie sets and the occasional rebellion raid. Fade Out and Gaffer were captured on rebellion raids. Primetime and Ingenue were actors pulled from sets. Propsmaster was already working for Mojo. Propsmaster did not go through the conditioning the other four were put through. Thus, he retains memories from prior to his teammates emerging from Spiral's vats.

The first priority of MADCAP is to work to get more talent signed on for Mojo's productions. Most especially to get Aiden Blaire back to star in films. However, Mojo does not want Aiden back with his current girlfriend. Fuzzy girls still play to the wrong demographics. So, Ingenue and Fade Out are to work together to drive a wedge between Aiden and Angel. Primetime is to also help by offering a rivalry to help divert attention away from the schemes of Ingenue and Fade Out. Gaffer was chosen to face-off against Sara Summers. The inclusion of Valeria Richards around the primary target caused some scrambling until the Propsmaster offered to face off against her.

The second priority is to create drama among the group of four blonds moving to New Jersey that can be filmed and shown to the crowds on Mojoworld. Mojo III thinks there could be a devoted soap opera following.

If the group gets close to getting someone signed (or get Aiden) they are to call in the Agent to handle the 'paperwork' and proper signing procedures.

Spiral keeps an eye on the group to make any power tweaks and whatever else is needed from her Body Shoppe[tm].

The five Earth-side team members have already been inserted into New Brunswick and Princeton. With magic tampering from Spiral, Propsmaster is enrolled at Princeton, seemingly for working on his masters degree. Fade Out was placed at Rutgers as an incoming freshman to have the best chance of 'randomly' running into Angel. Ingenue was in charge of scouting out New Brunswick for possible places Aiden might gravitate toward like music clubs. She has a job as a waitress at a coffee shop across from the busiest club in the city. Gaffer was assigned to cover the areas between New Brunswick and Princeton for possible strategic places to have dramatic encounters and battles. Gaffer is the only one of the quintet who was not given additional acting skills because she is not figured to mingle much with the general public.
